PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS MUST FOR THE POSITION
We are seeking a friendly, professional, organized, and energetic Dental Receptionist to add to share the duties with our existing front desk. Join our family friendly dental office in East Lansing. It's a privately owned and 'NOT a Corporate' dental office that focuses primarily on patient care and service. The right candidate should have a vision to grow with the office and be an excellent team player. We are a small team and count on each member of team. So, good work ethics and attendance is a key requirement to the position.
Following skills are very essentials:
* Good knowledge of Dental insurances and verification process.
* Presenting treatment plan and financials.
* Collecting co-pays at the time of service and preparing co-pay details future visits.
* Previous experience is necessary
* Good team player.
Following skills are great to possess:
* Great communication skills
* Excellent art of Patient scheduling.
* Check-in and check-out patients and collecting payments.
* Experience of assisting is a plus.
* Pay is based on previous experience.
