About the Role
We're seeking an MDR, Compliance Operations (ask us what MDR stands for if you interview with us!), to serve as the operational engine behind Campus, working directly with the Director of Compliance to 10x efficiency across the team. You'll own critical projects, streamline workflows, and implement processes that reduce friction, ensuring our high-impact initiatives come to life. This role combines project management, process optimization, and operational execution to drive measurable results.
