Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in welcoming ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent guest relations by assisting with requests and offering information about hotel amenities.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential.
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
