Responsibilities
The Job At-A- Glance:We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to support our Business Development team. This role plays a key part in sourcing new opportunities and producing high-quality deliverables. The Analyst will support strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of business development strategies targeting new clients and investment sales brokers
Underwrite potential management opportunities to ensure financial feasibility and alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with internal departments and local operations teams to develop persuasive pitch materials
Analyze potential markets to identify target clients, assets, and opportunities for market penetration
Prepare detailed budgets, income & expense estimates, and NOI enhancement strategies
Conduct rental rate evaluations, market surveys, and competitive analysis
Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support and update financial and operational databases

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business field
3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis (or equivalent education and experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytical tools
Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
Ability to manage deadlines effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel occasionally
