Responsibilities

The Job At-A- Glance:

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Asset Management team.  Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, this position will be responsible for reporting key metrics internally and externally.

Job Description:

• Compile, review, and distribute reports on a strict schedule (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
• Be a responsive resource for internal and external constituents including the executives, partners, and owners.
• Methodically analyze data, understand the why and offer informed feedback to partners
• Have an always looking to improve mindset for existing and future processes.
• Perform tasks related to rent reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.

Additional qualifications include:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in student housing or data reporting; or 2-4 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Property management software skills, Entrata proficiency preferred.
• Strong business intelligence skills, Power BI and QuickSight proficiency preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, proficiency required.
• A preference for a regular schedule with ability to plan for flexibility as needed.
• Excellent and confident interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience where a high attention to detail and quality in job tasks is expected and delivered.
• Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
• The ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team successfully.
• Be a critical thinker and problem solver.

Relevant Systems and Platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Excel, Power BI, QuickSight, AWS, SharePoint, and Entrata.
