Job Description

The Office Manager / Accounting Person will provide support for the staff, bookkeeping and accounting skills, purchasing/receiving duties, as well other administrative duties.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

 Daily positive attitude and willingness to work with others and be a great team player

 Reports and inputting tracking data for incoming, outgoing and third-party shipments

 Banking deposits for checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.

 Bank reconciliation as well as credit card audits and daily banking audits

 Process purchase orders and pay vendor invoices

 Customer invoicing and following up on overdue invoices

 Paying sales and use tax for 3 states

 Gathering tax documents for accountant

 Administrative duties such as: greeting and assisting customers and delivery persons, answering phones and fielding calls, filing, managing and ordering office supplies, etc.

 Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have

 Desire to work in a fast-paced office

 Self-management skills to handle all tasks with accuracy, efficiency and without supervision

 Attention to all details no matter how minute.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Problem solving skills

 Ability to handle many tasks as well as moving from one task to another with ease and efficiency

What You Need

 50 WPM (at the minimum)

 Strong experience and skills in Microsoft Office such as: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word

 Strong experience in QuickBooks

 Strong experience in Adobe
