Job Description
The Office Manager / Accounting Person will provide support for the staff, bookkeeping and accounting skills, purchasing/receiving duties, as well other administrative duties.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
Daily positive attitude and willingness to work with others and be a great team player
Reports and inputting tracking data for incoming, outgoing and third-party shipments
Banking deposits for checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.
Bank reconciliation as well as credit card audits and daily banking audits
Process purchase orders and pay vendor invoices
Customer invoicing and following up on overdue invoices
Paying sales and use tax for 3 states
Gathering tax documents for accountant
Administrative duties such as: greeting and assisting customers and delivery persons, answering phones and fielding calls, filing, managing and ordering office supplies, etc.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Attention to all details no matter how minute.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills
Ability to handle many tasks as well as moving from one task to another with ease and efficiency
What You Need
50 WPM (at the minimum)
Strong experience and skills in Microsoft Office such as: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word
Strong experience in QuickBooks
Strong experience in Adobe
