Description
- You provide project management of Atellica CI implementations for non-automation sites.
- You support portfolio conversion projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved)
- You lead all customer activities on IDN/consolidator & multi-site implementation in assigned projects.
- You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
- You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
- You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of personnel or customers.
- You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.
- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years work experience in project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
- Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
- Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
- Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
- History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
