Description
There are three main functions to the Replenishment Analyst role, Co-Managed Inventory, Order Fulfillment, and Customer Service. Each function and percentage of time will differ and be unique by customer.
Co-managed Inventory

Co-managed Inventory
- Collaborate with customer account teams, CPFR, and replenishment management teams to set systemic replenishment parameters, conduct analysis to create appropriate orders and adjust based on fulfillment needs/issues.
- Assist in analyzing and forecasting promo activity to ensure successful promotional periods.
- Understand customer’s replenishment performance metrics and perform work to meet or exceed metrics.
- Provide the customer with Daily/Weekly/Monthly replenishment performance updates.
- Work with NAOU Product Supply to ensure orders are fulfilled within the appropriate supply chain processes.
- Work with production facilities in resolving product shortages and procedural issues to meet our On Time and In Full Goals.
- Report on order shortages, daily/weekly/monthly inventory levels. Tracks reoccurring out of stock issues and provides resolution.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting (outside of normal reporting) to upper management as it relates to volume and performance.
- Work with sales and forecasting center of excellence as it pertains to future demand for new items, promotions, discontinuations, customer or NAOU supply chain disruptions.
- Provides single point of contact for Customers. Responsible for receiving phone calls and emails from customers or internal stakeholders and entering them into the customer service databases (Sales Force). Customer issues and resolutions must be captured and documented correctly.
- Responsible for working with appropriate NAOU stakeholders in Sales/Brokers, Product Supply, or Transportation to resolve issues and provide resolution to customers.
- Understand performance metrics and improve quality, speed, and capabilities to meet or exceed goals.
- Reports monthly customer service scorecard both internally to supply chain management and externally to customers.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of replenishment concepts (VMI and Co Managed).
- Strong customer service, process management, problem solving, issue resolution, communication, and presentation skills.
- Building collaborative relationships with internal cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of NAOU Product Supply Systems, Order Management, and Customer Services processes.
- Sense of urgency, detail oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation.
- People in this organization can work from home or in various US and Canada offices, so they must be able to operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Knowledge of Systems used: SAP (SNP & OM) RetailLink, Sales Force, Oracle Transportation Management, Analytical tools in Excel and Power BI, Microsoft office suite, and SharePoint Knowledge Management.
