What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator (Sales Department) position at CampusPoint?
Availability : Monday to Friday, 7-3 : 30 PM. Initially, training will be conducted on-site. After training, the role will transition to a hybrid model with 2 days working remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office from Tuesday to Thursday.

A leading supplier of construction materials is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support their sales team and business operations by managing key aspects of sales order administration. This independent, process-driven, and detail-focused role involves cross-functional collaboration and is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, routine tasks with a clear purpose—helping their team and operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Invoice & Billing Administration :
- Generate pre-invoice reports daily for the sales team before invoicing
- Process billing prep, including ticket reviews and final adjustments
- Settle credit card pre-authorizations, and cross reference credit card charges
- Verify charges made to cash sale transaction and process cash sale packets
- Project & Data Management
- Enter and update projects, pricing and details in proprietary system
- Archive paperwork and reports
- Mail tickets and invoices
- Compile prevailing wage reports and other financial data for payroll accuracy.
- Customer & Team Support
- Respond to customer inquiries / Email invoices and tickets
- Research customer concerns and escalations
- Reception duties such as answer door and walk ins
