What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Recruiter position at CampusPoint?
The primary responsibility of the Healthcare Recruiter (Outbound Sales/Sourcing) is to support the life cycle of our client's searches. This position carries a variety of tasks and activities crucial to securing successful assignments. You will focus on filling each search with the most qualified candidate. This role is highly visible with the candidates we place on assignment as well as with corporate stakeholders within our client pool.
Compensation: $60k/yr base Commissions (Expected 1st year is $70K total)
Availability: 6:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday. Hybrid, In-office Tues-Thurs and work from home Mon & Fri.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Discovering new talent from the marketplace
- Managing a dossier of firm talent through relationship building, tracking, and professional guidance.
- Executing onboarding and administrative requirements for contracted assignments.
- Acting as point person—start-to-finish—for multiple nationwide contracts.
- Sourcing job leads through talent, client networking, and cold calling.
- Consistently churn your candidate pipeline and the CRM to ensure all candidates are receiving consistent communication.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented and an active listener
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- You are an “Outside of the box” thinker & problem solver.
- You never have trouble striking up a conversation with a stranger.
- You are naturally curious and able to find solutions without relying on someone to stand over your shoulder.
- You know your way around a PC and Microsoft Office.
- Huge bonus if you have internal or agency recruiting experience.
- Any understanding of the complex world of healthcare is helpful.
- This position may require work outside of regular operation hours and flexibility is required.
