We are seeking a highly skilled GMP Senior Project Manager to join our team at the Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) in Silver Spring, Maryland. As a GMP Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge pharmaceutical products.
The ideal candidate will have 12 years of biologics development or manufacturing industry experience, with a strong background in project management, including experience with MS Project and resource planning. You will be responsible for managing development and manufacturing program schedules, assembling performance reports, and delivering high-quality results.
In this role, you will lead the PMO team and strategically deploy resources to manage and deliver over 20 successful process development and manufacturing projects. You will build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
You will also develop Gantts, including workforce resource assignments for each program, evaluate schedule constraints, risk, and feasibility of performing projects, and direct leadership and interface with PBF clients as required to optimize PBF productivity and quality of services.
