What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Part-time Administrative Assistant position at CAMS Mgt.?
Fort Mill SC HOA Management company is seeking an individual to fill a part time - fill in position. Must provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Hours needed to fill are Saturdays 8:30am-3pm and Sundays 3-8pm. Also an occasional shift M-F from 5-9. Position starts at $13 per hour.
This position is responsible for graciously greeting residents and visitors from the front desk, addressing the questions and/or concerns of residents, as well as enforcing the rules and regulations for the amenities in an active adult residential lifestyle community.
Requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Must enjoy working with people in general and have an outgoing and cheerful personality.
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task.
· Perform day-to-day administrative support, such as, process incoming and outgoing mail, fax documents, check daily emails, etc.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Publisher is a plus.
· Minimum one year face-to-face customer service experience.
· Monitor facility and make rounds frequently to make sure all patrons are following rules and regulations.
· Provide assistance to homeowner’s via phone and email inquiries.
· Direct residents to proper personnel in regard to inquiries.
· Monitor over any events that may take place during shift, special events, etc.
· Maintain office supplies stock/order.
· Maintain filing system.
· Very flexible with working hours.
· Responsible, dependable and always prepared to go above and beyond.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
