Job Description
The Combo Technician will provide technical support and assistance to customers in regards to their telecommunications equipment. This includes installing, repairing, and maintaining customer equipment, as well as identifying and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Repair: Install and repair customer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Trouble Shooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with customer equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to customers regarding their telecommunications equipment.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic circuitry, ability to work on-call duties when scheduled, knowledge of FCC requirements, and proficiency in using appropriate computer programs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and stand/walk frequently throughout the day.
