CSR / MATP Coordinator (Full-Time)

Ebensburg location. The Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) provides non-emergency medical transportation service to medical assistance consumers residing in PA. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, taking trip reservations for all services, including the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), in a concise and accurate manner and inputting reservations into the software system while providing effective customer service. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the state and federal regulations of the Medical Assistance Transportation Program’s (MATP) and reporting as needed. This position will also be trained and responsible for completing Customer Service Reservationist, and Scheduler job duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service and experience in computer operations and applications.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, eight hours per day. Shift times may vary. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to work in a team-setting and also work independently to accomplish tasks.
• Strong computer skills and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Safety-sensitive position – subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
• Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, dependent on experience (fulltime, non-exempt position)
