What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Reservationist (Full-Time) position at CamTran?
Ebensburg location. Responsible for answering incoming calls, taking trip reservations for all services, including the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), in a concise and accurate manner and inputting reservations into the software system while providing effective customer service. This position is also responsible for maintaining client files.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service and a experience in computer operations and applications.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, eight hours per day. Shift times may vary. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to work in a team-setting and also work independently to accomplish tasks.
- Strong communication skills, computer skills and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Safety-sensitive position – subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (fulltime, non-exempt position)
