Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned accounts by serving as the main point of contact – answering customer inquiries, complaints and processing of customer quotes.
- Process customer orders from the receipt of the order through and including timely shipment.
- Interact closely with the company's production and shipping departments.
- Manage customer database for assigned customers.
- Perform analysis and other tasks required by the Customer Support & Sales team.
Education:
High School diploma or GED
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years in a customer service or account management position
- Experience in the general aviation industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 145 Repair Station experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge or Abilities:
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and database software.
- Ability to interact with all levels of Team Members, vendors and customers
- Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple demands
- Ability to prioritize and balance day-to-day tasks.
