As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue generation efforts, working hand-in-hand with our Business Development team and valued partners to expand our reach and solidify our reputation in the market. You'll be the go-to resource for our partners, guiding them through the loan process and ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Fueling Growth: Proactively manage relationships with assigned partner accounts, driving high satisfaction and achieving ambitious portfolio growth targets.
- Transaction Champion: Guide our sales partners through the entire loan transaction lifecycle, from reviewing approvals and generating contract documents to ensuring accurate submissions for funding.
- Knowledge Hub: Be the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, effectively communicating updates on CAN Capital's innovative programs, product offerings, pricing strategies, and streamlined processes. You'll ensure our partners are always in the know and ready to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work seamlessly with internal teams across the organization (e.g., underwriting, operations, product) to ensure our partners receive exceptional and timely support on all fronts.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle escalated issues head-on, not just addressing immediate needs but diving deep to identify root causes and implement impactful, long-term improvements.
- CAN Product Guru: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CAN Capital's product suite, credit policies, services, processes, systems, and the broader marketplace. You'll proactively share your expertise and best practices with both partners and internal colleagues.
- Data Steward: Diligently maintain accurate partner data, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer of essential account information when required.
- Strategic Contributor: Assist in the development of strategic account management plans, outlining revenue and growth expectations, business development tactics, investment strategies, competitive insights, and market share projections.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by actively monitoring partner and market dynamics, keeping abreast of emerging trends and competitive pressures, and proactively sharing these valuable insights to ensure CAN Capital maintains its market leadership.
Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably within the business lending sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required,
- Experience with CRM-related is a strong plus.
- Exceptional relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and build strong rapport with external sales partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at reacting quickly and decisively to address and provide professional solutions to partner requests.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to thorough follow-up.
- Ability to understand and analyze business and personal bank statements, as well as other financial and legal documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
