What You’ll Do

- Scheduling appointments for plumbing and HVAC services.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upselling additional services or products to customers when appropriate.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Outbound calls to follow up on missed opportunities or to schedule seasonal appointments for members
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Experience: 2 years of customer service experience
- Bi-Lingual: this is a MUST for this position.
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential.
