HVAC LEAD Installer
What You’ll Do
- Installation of HVAC Systems: Oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential. This includes installing units, ductwork, and refrigeration lines.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities during installation projects.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all installations meet industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Perform quality checks to confirm that systems are functioning properly upon completion.
- Customer Interaction and Service: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on installation progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose issues that arise during installation and implement effective solutions to ensure project completion without significant delays.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, including inventory used, time spent on each job, and any issues encountered. Prepare reports for management as needed.
- Ongoing Training: Attend weekly tech trainings to improve your skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Experience: 3 years of HVAC service experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
