What You’ll Do
- Performing routine maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, including heat pumps, minisplits, package and split systems, etc..
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Collaborating with the team to improve service delivery and processes.
- Provide options and maintain average ticket sales for maintenance and repairs.
- Identify opportunities for replacements and flip them to our sales advisors or call your supervisor to assist you with the sales process.
- Attend weekly tech trainings to improve your skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Experience: 3 years of HVAC service experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
