Job Description:
Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring for a full-time Direct Support Professional in the White Bear Lakes, MN area!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
- Assisting individuals periodically throughout the overnight shift.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass DHS background study
- Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques
- Passionate about serving others!
FULL-TIME HOURS (40 hours) Shifts ranging from:
Weekdays: Evenings 2pm - 10pm
All employees are expected to work at least one weekend shift every other weekend.

Level II DSP: $20.00 hourly on Weekdays / $21.00 hourly on Weekends
