What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Canad Inns Destination Centre Grand Forks?

The primary purpose of the position is to provide superior customer service with a keen knowledge of the products served while maintaining an exciting yet safe atmosphere. Working as part of a team, the Bartender's responsibility will be to mix drinks and offer suggestions with a vast knowledge of all products serves as well as serve table when required to do so.
Responsibilities:
- Accept payments for products consumed and organize guest tabs.
- Ensure bar area is clean i.e. wipe down bar, clear glasses, tend to dishwasher, stock beer cooler, replenish garnishes and straws, etc.
- Deliver orders to Servers as quickly and efficiently as possible, confirming orders from the sales slip are entered into the till correctly.
- Enter drinks into the till properly, to ensure a shift-end balance.
- Serve drinks as quickly and efficiently as possible to guests at the bar.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
