Responsibilities:
- Game-Day / Event Day Excellence: Coordinate game-day events, manage crowd flow, and create an electric atmosphere during live sports broadcasts.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide our team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with our chef to curate a sports-inspired menu that keeps fans coming back for more.
- Promotions and Events: Plan themed nights, trivia contests, and sports-related promotions to engage our community.
- Inventory Management: Keep our bar stocked with fan-favorite drinks, craft beers, and signature cocktails.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, whether they’re celebrating a victory or consoling a defeat.
- Actively approach sports teams and enroll them to the Team Sponsorship.
- Manage and promote the Tavern United on Social Media Platforms.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in restaurant or pub management.
- Passion for sports and a keen eye for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to read and understand financial operating statements and reports
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask during peak hours.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
