Industrial Janitor

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring Cleaning Staff for our client in Madison, Alabama.

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: Up to $17.85 hour

Shifts: Various Shifts (see below)

1st Shift: 6a-2:30p (Mon-Fri)

2nd Shift: 2p-10:30p (Mon-Fri)

3rd Shift: 10p-6:30a (Mon-Fri)

Shifts subject to change based on client needs.

Location: Madison, Alabama

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work may include extreme heat or cold conditions


• Work may include working in an area with chemical fumes


• Maintaining a Clean and Sanitized Facility


• Trash pick-up & Disposal


• Cleaning Hazardous Spills, Bodily Fluids, and/or Human Waste (blood, vomit, feces, urine, etc.)


• Lifting 50 pounds or more consistently throughout shift


• Cleaning and Scraping Windows, Walls and Floors


• Removing and Cleaning Machine Coverings


• Pressure Cleaning if applicable


• Must be able to walk entire shift (8-10 hours each day)


• Other duties as deemed necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English - must speak, read & write and comprehend English


• Must be able to walk entire shift (8-10 hours each day)


• Perfect Attendance and Punctuality


• Great Work Ethic, Attitude and Integrity


• Follows written and verbal communication


• Basic computer skills


• Six months of manufacturing or experience in a warehouse setting is preferred


• Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background Screen


• Team Player


• Must wear steel toe boots or shoes


• Work may include extreme heat and/or cold conditions


• Other duties as deemed necessary
