CES / AWS is looking for a Quality Control Lab Technician
Location : Frankfort, IN
Pay Rate : $22 - $27 per hour (DOE)
Shift : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM (with off-shift hours as needed for business needs)

Job Summary
We seek a dedicated Lab Technician to join our Quality Team and ensure the integrity of our products throughout the manufacturing process and release. The ideal candidate will utilize standardized techniques and operating procedures to conduct and analyze tests on sensitive samples.
Essential Job Functions
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and efficiently.
- Record, interpret, and enter test results in specified forms and LIMS software with accuracy and responsibility.
- Perform all applicable analytical and sensory tests on in-process and finished products promptly.
- Identify and report inconsistencies in data, escalating when necessary.
- Properly handle, organize, and store all samples, chemicals, and compressed gases.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Participate in proficiency / collaborative testing and verify test results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Train colleagues and assume QC Specialist and Manager responsibilities when necessary.
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety policies .
- Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the manager.
