Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Job Description :
We seek a motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. This is an onsite-only position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL , where you will play a key role in sourcing and procuring materials and goods to meet delivery schedules. Your responsibilities will include initiating and processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and optimizing savings to support the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategically source items, prepare bid packages, and negotiate on commodities.
- Evaluate vendors based on product quality, service performance, on-time delivery, and relationship management.
- Process and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and expand the vendor base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve purchasing methods and processes.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute special projects as needed.
- Adhere to all required protocols and maintain purchasing systems and databases.
- Expedite delayed orders and resolve issues related to changes, returns, replacements, and credit arrangements.
