PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As the Coordinator Events you are responsible for the support and logistics for CP corporate events.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate logistics and execute event plans for various internal and external events
- Accountable for executive gifting program for special events that enhance CP's reputation and Brand
- Accountable for some Marketing & Sales customer hosting events including: holiday parties, customer forums, grain conference etc
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Communications/management/ marketing degree or post-secondary equivalent
- Project management experience
- Railway industry knowledge
- Event management skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Responsive to change
- Professionalism with Executive level events
- Comfortable coordinating individuals at all levels in the organization
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Influence and management skills
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder priorities and to troubleshoot if challenges arise.
- Must have a valid passport and ability to travel to Canada without restrictions

Management Conductor Program:
