PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
As the Coordinator Service Delivery, you will play a key role as part of a team focused on delivering world-class service and results to our customers.
Working in Service Delivery will allow the successful applicant the opportunity to grow their knowledge in important and growing segments of our business while establishing a presence with CPKC's commercial team and advocating on behalf of customers internally when issues occur.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Work directly with customers and CPKC Commercial in reporting and issue resolutionInitiate resolution of customer issues and reports back to customer on plan to resolveProvide shipment information and expedites shipments to meet customer requirementsManage contacts from customers on a variety of topics;
shipment, online tools; empty supply statusInitiates proactive shipment monitoring to identify current and potential customer shipment issuesInitiate resolution with advance notification to customers when a service disruption occursIdentify systemic issues and engages the appropriate channelsEducate and encourage customers to use CPKC's online tools to access shipment informationContribute to improvements in network and asset efficiency and improving the movement of shipments through creation of daily Urgent Shipment Notice items, action plans and interactionsProduce daily and weekly shipment tracking and / or performance reportsCommunicate key information to allow for effective resolution of customer issues with internal stakeholdersPOSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Railway ExperienceProficient in the use of a variety of computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of applicationsAbility to handle difficult customers and remain professional and composed, able to adjust to customers communication styleDemonstrates a high degree of customer focusAbility to communicate effectively, strong written and oral skills to respond to internal and external requests for informationStrong problem solving, organizational and planning skillsAbility to work under strict timelines and pressureResults-oriented with a sense of urgencyAbility to perform in a 24x7 environmentWHAT CP HAS TO OFFER :
