This is a hybrid position which requires 3 days per week office attendance. Our Walnut Creek, CA location is conveniently located near public transportation (BART), is ideally situated for bicycle commuters, has plenty of free parking, and an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area.
Position Summary :
Canadian Solar, Inc. seeks a highly organized and proactive Key Account Contract Manager to oversee and streamline project and contract management activities. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Legal, and Production Planning, as well as coordination with external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Contract and Project Management : Oversee contracts from drafting to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all milestones. Note : The legal team owns all contract modifications, this role does NOT edit or modify contracts directly.
- Team Supervision : Coordinate activities of Contract Administrators and provide leadership to the team.
- Milestone Tracking : Monitor and document contract progress, ensuring all objectives are met, and participate in reviews as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to align contract requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Client Engagement : Provide clients with updates on contract status, allocations, and orders while maintaining transparent communication.
- Reporting and Analysis : Develop tools and reports to provide senior management with full visibility into contract progress.
- Proposal Development : Assist in preparing project proposals and fulfillment schedules.
- Issue Management : Track project progress, identify challenges, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Quality Assurance : Enforce quality standards to ensure compliance with contract and client deliverables.
- Documentation and Systems Management : Maintain detailed contract records, schedules, meeting minutes, and archival systems for contract materials.
- Regional Collaboration : Work with regional and HQ-level order fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client orders.
- Workload Management : Manage a high volume of projects with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Additional Duties : Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales, Key Accounts.

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include a 20% quarterly bonus or other incentives or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
