Location:
This is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days per week office attendance in Mesquite, TX with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. This position does not offer relocation assistance and is only available to local candidates.
Position Summary:
Join an exciting, fast-growing business and help us build new efficiencies between our systems and workflows! We are searching for a Solutions Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with an appetite for understanding and supporting the organization’s stakeholder needs. This is a newly created position to help further empower our IT Applications teams.
This role is responsible for defining, designing, governing, delivering, and supporting Enterprise systems centric solutions that enable and enhance of Sales and Operations Planning areas with a high-level of customer focus and business knowledge to ensure the appropriate business needs are clearly defined, communicated, and delivered at or above expectations. This role will also partner with various IT teams with local and remote members to ensure feasibility, comprehension, and successful delivery best practices solutions to cover North America and other Regions’ needs and support.
This role will effectively communicate and properly manage time providing on-going support, including development of business cases, business requirements and process documentation, test scenarios, training materials, users training and daily operations support. This role actively multitasks and enjoys collaborating within a high performing team that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibilities, and promotes continuous learning.
- Analyze and design new Sales Operations, Planning and Customer Engagement business processes for a multi-faceted manufacturing industry.
- Apply technical and functional knowledge to create world-class solution architecture that effectively integrates with the business units' operations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and strategies for information technology services and systems.
- Align with the unified planning of the Americas and Headquarters IT Applications teams to provide Level 1 support and optimize business process flows and provide an efficient, reasonable system solutions for Microsoft D365 CRM system and other applications.
- Trouble shoot complex issues and constantly review new ways to automate process.
- Work closely with regional business teams to identify and recommend business processes or system improvements, organize workshops, testing, optimize system solutions and processes.
- Lead Release Management efforts to keep systems up to date, using project management standards to track and drive IT projects to completion on time
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years post graduate experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proven CRM experience on implementation and architecture, customization, data model and data migration strategies, unit/integration testing, activate or agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation mappings.
- Experience with integration of the MS CRM to other ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience of building and maintaining reports in the MS CRM or using Power BI is a must.
- Industry Experience in Solar Power Energy Modules and Manufacturing is desirable.
- Automation and process improvement mindset is a must
- Experience with Azure Cloud environment is desirable.
- Some knowledge of Analytics, Machine Learning and AI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, virtual team
- Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions related to corporate policies
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Expert organizational skills in multi-tasking and managing priorities
- Organizational change management and process improvement experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Microsoft Certification related to D365 is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical/dental/life/disability program, PTO and sick days. This is a full-time position.
The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $130,000 This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include bonuses or incentives or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
