Location
This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days of office attendance per week, alongside the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. This position is based in our Walnut Creek, CA location, conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, BART, and includes free secure parking. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and this opportunity is open only to local candidates.
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented SharePoint Administrator to ensure the security and smooth operation of our platform while enhancing and optimizing its features in collaboration with our global teams. You will leverage your skills in building and designing frameworks from scratch to empower teams company-wide and demonstrate adeptness in troubleshooting and reconstructing schemas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage SharePoint Administration : Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint components such as sites, libraries, lists, columns, content types, templates, and permissions.
- Utilize Power Platform : Create and implement solutions using Power Platform tools like flows and applications.
- Implement PowerShell : Develop scripts for effective SharePoint management.
- Maintain Active Directory : Configure and manage security groups for optimal functionality.
- Facilitate Platform Integration : Assist with the integration of other platforms and tools.
- Control & Reporting : Document all platform elements and provide weekly status updates on Office 365 and SharePoint tasks.
- User Support : Offer assistance to users on navigating SharePoint and resolving issues.
- Incident Management : Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft regarding SharePoint-related concerns.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements in document management processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide Training : Deliver technical support and training on Office 365 applications and services to end-users.
- Collaborate on IT Integration : Work with other IT teams to integrate Office 365 services with existing infrastructure.
- Assist with Additional Office 365 Administration Functions.

Compensation and Benefits
Canadian Solar provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a performance bonus based on annual objectives. Our benefits package features a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical / dental / life / disability coverage, PTO, and sick leave.
The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. This range reflects the base salary only, excluding quarterly bonuses, incentives, or applicable benefits. Please note that this range is subject to change.
