Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and handled correctly. This role also requires problem-solving skills and customer service abilities to address and de-escalate any situations that arise. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with weekends required. Flexibility with scheduling is essential (Open Schedule).
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing product for shipping and storage.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality, applying mechanical knowledge as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience. Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Certification and proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (50 pounds) throughout the shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in materials handling.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide exceptional customer service.
