What does a Third-Party Risk Analyst do?
The Third-Party Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the enterprise Information Security Program to ensure information assets are adequately protected through identifying and assessing risks to these assets associated with third-party relationships. Working with the Information Security Analysts, the Third-Party Risk Analyst will review third-party due diligence and security controls, conduct related risk assessments, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
- Strong working knowledge of IT and security standards and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office)
What does a successful first year in this position look like?
- Maintain current knowledge on emerging threats, exploits, and technologies that could have an impact on security of processes, systems, and applications
- Maintain current knowledge on laws and regulations related to security, banking, and third-party relationships
- Conduct information security reviews of third-party entities and solutions for new products/services in accordance with the processes of the Third-Party Risk Management Program
- Conduct periodic information security reviews of existing products/services in accordance with the processes of the Third-Party Risk Management program

Compensation range: $70,000- $80,000
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
