As a Wealth Advisor II of CNTF you will:
- Provide wealth management services, capable of articulating the Investment Philosophy of CNTF to prospective/current clients as well as centers of influence who refer business to the CNTF.
- Knowledgeable of estate planning and administering personal trusts, with ability to review wills and trust agreements in setting up accounts to determine fiduciary responsibility.
- Work diligently to earn the trust of our clients by nurturing and maintaining client relationships, along with obtaining new business opportunities.
- Be part of a team and utilize resources available from trusted partners.
- Assume responsibility for the administration and discharge of the bank’s legal/fiduciary responsibility for all assigned trust and estate accounts.
- Complete analysis of requirements of assigned accounts.
- Monitor the cash and investments of each account with consideration for the objectives of the account, the needs of the beneficiaries and cash requirements for taxes and distributions.
- Abide by current laws and adhere to internal controls in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
- Have a thorough knowledge of investment and trust related products and services.
- Able to provide trust and estate services, including estates, personal trusts to the Greater Sarasota and Florida West Gulf Coast communities.
- Able to work with clients, heirs, attorneys and other interested parties to articulate the company’s role.
- Capable of achieving established goals of CNTF’s annual operation plan.
- A bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience relating to financial and estate planning.
- Currently holds CTFA designation or willing to obtain in 9 months.

Compensation – $100,000 - $130,000
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
