Objective
This position is responsible for a wide range of support services to the facility staff and Monster Brewing Company leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greets and receives facility guests and directs to the appropriate areas or contacts.
- Receives, sorts, and delivers incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
- Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipates needs, evaluates new office products, places and expedites orders for supplies, and verifies receipt of supplies.
- Answers and manages incoming phone calls.
- Manages incoming e-mails to company's info e-mails, answering or forwarding as appropriate.
- Handles customer service and contacts appropriate parties as the situation dictates.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinates all staff meals on a regular basis and for special meetings.
- Maintains common office areas at the facility.
- Acts as point of contact for third party services (e.g. cleaning, grounds keeping, pest control, shredding, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities
- Assists with company vehicle reservation and checkout.
- Supports new employee orientation.
- Supports facility safety committee.
- Assists with executive leaderships' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Supports special projects and needs of executive leadership at times.
- Supports Human Resources as needed.

- Skill in taking initiative and sustain a high level of reliability.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a strike level of confidentiality.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible and well-informed decision making.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10-75 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls. May be required to manage and support weekend and overnight shifts.
