The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating content innovation and storytelling that drives engagement via strong concepts on multiple media.Qualifications : Having and owning conceptual approaches, creative trends and on-product content design, along with a creative sensibility that extends across content genres.Experience in building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization as well as working with international teams.Strong typographic, graphic design and art direction skills with motion and photo experience while delivering the work on digital platforms.Experience with content / campaign strategy – especially working on subscription businesses.Proficient in Digital, Social, AV, motion and on-product content design with top of class design benchmarks.A portfolio that includes top-tier creative for on-platform creative or marketing campaigns.Proficient in design systems, Keynote, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and motion skills.What You’ll be Doing : Develop big ideas with practical executions as well as maintaining momentum around creative concepts.Managing a team that is responsible for bringing all the creative concepts and processes into the world.Maintaining cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction.Comfortable with a hybrid work setting to collaborate with the team in person.#J-18808-Ljbffr
