Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Guest Messaging feature within the Canary Technologies platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Sales, to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features and enhancements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and ensures timely delivery of product milestones.
