Commercial Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for projects in the Central Florida area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects.
- Establish and maintain project budgets and cost accounting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Negotiate subcontract agreements and material purchase orders.
- Review and approve invoicing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with owner/clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review preconstruction deliverables prior to submittal.
Requirements:
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 5 – 10 years of experience managing commercial projects ranging from $100K - $5mil.
Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask is essential.
- Competency with construction computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Procore.
