Role Description: Commercial Construction Project Superintendent
We seek a highly motivated and qualified individual for this key position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and understanding of all trades, as well as sufficient experience overseeing projects ranging from $100K to $5 million.
The Commercial Construction Project Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Complete project oversight, ensuring timely completion and quality control
- Scheduling and submittal review
- Safety protocols and risk management
- Owner/designer interface and effective communication
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Procore is an added advantage.
