At Canaveral Construction Company, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects in the Central Florida area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Establish and maintain project budgets and cost accounting systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Negotiate subcontract agreements and material purchase orders.
- Review and approve invoicing for all construction projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owner/clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review preconstruction deliverables prior to submittal.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field (not required but preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience managing commercial projects ranging from $100K to $5 million.
Abilities
You must possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in construction computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Procore.
