Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff - Strategy is a critical leadership role, serving as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and operational leader to the CEO. This individual will manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, provide executive-level support, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Initiatives and Project Management
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to define priorities, identify organization-wide strategic initiatives, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with company objectives .
- Facilitate executive decision-making by gathering data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights.
- Initiate and launch programs and projects, transition them to appropriate owners and ensure timely
- Monitor progress to ensure they achieve the intended strategic impacts
- Develop and implement strategic plans and partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency .
- Oversee key organizational metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Proactively identify and manage potential issues and risks on strategic initiatives, projects, outgoing communications, and agenda items of the CEO
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and impact of strategic initiatives
- Ability to exercise sound decision-making, sometimes on behalf of the CEO
