Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana is looking for a Director of Donor Impact. This individual will be responsible for creating strong donor connections which inspire charitable giving and enduring support for the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building excellent, long-term relationships with individual donors
- Providing staff support to planned giving and capital campaigns as needed
- Maintaining working knowledge of current gift techniques and tax vehicles applicable to charitable giving
- Ensuring meaningful and timely donor communication in partnership with other staff
- Supervising and supporting the Donor Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of all donations
- Ensuring the maintenance of accurate giving records as it relates to multi-year gifts, designated funding, preferred methods of payments and reports requested by donors
- Coordinating with program staff to ensure that necessary outcome data is available as required for donor-designated gifts
- Documenting donor interactions in CRM and planning for ongoing engagement
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with regional community foundations to grow CSNI’s agency endowment funds at these organizations
Annual salary: $58,000--$68,000, based on experience. Excellent benefits including health, dental and life insurance, generous paid vacation and sick leave, retirement with matching funds.
