Responsibilities:
Spa Center Manager:
- Ensuring & Enforcing Candee Skin Policies.
- Optimize profits by controlling costs.
- Hire, Train and Develop new Employees.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Manage & maintain Candee Skin Culture.
- Provide Leadership and direction to all employees.
- Ensure Product quality and availability.
- Prepare and present Employee Reviews.
- Work closely with the store owner to lead staff.
- Oversee retail inventory.
- Assist customers whenever necessary.
- Organize employee schedule.
- Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Take disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensure a consistent standard of customer service.
- Motivate employees.
- Install & maintain a merchandise and visual plan.
- Maintain store(s) to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Complete tasks assigned by the owner, accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting store operations as needed.

Manager Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education level.
- Stable work history.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management.
