Are you an experienced electrician turned project manager who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? Do you have expertise in managing electrical construction projects, NEC compliance, and estimating? If so, we want YOU to lead our high-profile electrical construction projects in NYC!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple electrical projects from planning to completion
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and local codes
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Utilize BIM to streamline project planning and execution
- Oversee estimating, budgeting, and material procurement
- Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, and maintain schedules
What You Bring:
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with leadership experience
- 10 years in commercial electrical construction, 5 years in project management
- Strong understanding of BIM, estimating, and electrical design
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping safety & quality top priority
