Introducing our new work schedule : 12-hour shifts with a 3 or 4-day work week. This allows for full-time work with up to 16 days off per month! You can enjoy more than half the year off while still working full-time. Additionally, we allow and encourage you to pick up extra shifts.

Pay :
Average Pay $13.61 for 3 days shift with one weekend day ( Weekdays $11.67 / hour- & Premium pay Weekends $17.50 / hour)This pay range represents Candeo's average range for this role at the time of posting based on 3 days schedule (2 weekdays & 1 weekend). Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, Number days works & shift type.We have several shifts and schedules to meet your needs... these are general options :
Shifts :Night : 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am
12-hour work shifts allow for full-time work and full- time benefits and have more days off per month!What You Do :
Build relationshipsProviding companionship, conversation, and engagement in activitiesAssisting with care needs (bedtime routine, eating, cooking etc)Administering medicationsObserving, documenting, and reporting data on daily activitiesProviding support with hobbies, studiesRead, write, and execute directionsReport changes in health and / or status of the clientRespond to emergency situationsData entry, instant messaging, uploading documentsOther duties as assignedRequirements

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.Experience in working with individuals with disabilities and mental healthLicenses / Requirements :Valid Class C Iowa Driver's License.
Proof of Automobile Insurance.Must pass required background checks.Access to a reliable computer and internet for documentation, or ability to travel to a location with access.Skills :Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and sensitivity while maintaining professional boundaries.
Ability to work with multiple clients by learning their individual Life plansAbility to follow detailed Individual Support Plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.Work Environment
