What You Will Do:
- Oversee day-to-day services provided in homes with attention to health, wellness, and safety
- Maintain appropriate communication methods with Host Home Providers and team members
- Monitor and maintain service plans, contracts, referrals, and relations with families of the clients
- Direct Support to clients
- Advocacy and public relations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas; Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Psychology or related field, plus two years of experience working with people with mental health diagnosis
- Knowledge of person-centered planning and person-centered supports is preferred
- One year of supervisor experience
- Valid Class D Endorsement 3 Iowa Driver’s License
- Proof of 50/100/50K Automobile Insurance
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to set appropriate staff/client boundaries
- Ability to negotiate and handle conflict as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft software and applications
- Ability to travel in counties served by Candeo
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Possess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines, that are in accordance with the Iowa Department of Transportation motor vehicle safety standards and Candeo’s Motor Vehicle Guidelines.
Salary : $37,699 - $40,000
