What You’ll Do:
The Services Manager is responsible for the provision and coordination of client services for clients under the supervision of the Administrator. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintaining appropriate staffing, recruiting, training and disciplining staff, maintaining service plans and relations with the families of the clients. Functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure that the clients receive the highest quality services possible from available resources. Direction and guidance are available from the Daily Services Administrator.

Requirements

Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the areas listed below; plus, two years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities/brain injury and mental illness or a combination of education and experience- Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid Iowa Driver’s License·
- Proof of 50/100/50K Automobile Insurance· High level of literacy in spoken and written English
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel in counties served by Candeo
Work Environment• Client home and community including but not limited to medical providers, retail stores, outdoor recreation, and indoor recreation• Work and travel in all types of weather, including inclement weather
Travel• During scheduled work hours• Approved mileage and expenses are reimbursed
Physical Demands• Bending, sitting, standing, twisting, reaching, driving, climbing stairs, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell, lifting and carrying• Must be able to lift and carry various items when supporting clients; including groceries, supplies and to provide physical assistance to clients as indicated in the client Individual Support Plan

Salary : $37,699 - $40,000
