Position Overview :

The Vice President of Total Rewards will play a critical role in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape at Candescent. In this newly established position, the VP will develop and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our ability to attract, retain, and engage top talent across multiple regions. This leader will ensure that our total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a global total rewards strategy that supports Candescent's business goals while promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Program Development : Design, implement, and manage innovative compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have a positive impact on the organization.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct regular benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure the effectiveness and equity of our total rewards programs. Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local and international regulations.
  • Collaboration : Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement : Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of total rewards offerings, fostering a culture of transparency and understanding.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on compensation and benefits; track trends and measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
  • Global Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage international compensation, equity programs, and benefits administration.
  • Vendor Management : Oversee relationships with external partners, including brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as CCP or CBP) preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, including global compensation and benefits strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and navigate across cultural and business nuances within a global landscape.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of working with executive teams to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation, benefits design, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
