Basic Purpose
NCR Voyix – Digital Banking is looking for a Head of Information Security. The CISO supervises assigned personnel, including making and monitoring work assignments, evaluating performance, providing training, corrective instruction and assistance, and conducting security meetings as needed. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience developing and implementing strategic security programs and managing the security of personnel and both physical and digital assets. As a leader and trusted advisor, the CISO will work to advance the organization’s mission, vision and core values.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and seven (or more) years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management of information security organizations, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Emphasis in information security, computer science, management information systems, or related field of study preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, planning, and change management skills
- Exceptional knowledge of state and federal information security laws
- Proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures
- Strong knowledge of information management systems and cybersecurity
- Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends and changing government and state laws
- Strong understanding of audit standards and ITSM best practices
- Leads with an innovative and continuous improvement mindset; able to call on business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
- Is effective and comfortable as a change agent; has a strong understanding of what is necessary to implement change across an organization (people, process, technology); articulates frameworks for implementing change and how to use them
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to pass a background and credit checks
- Financial services experience preferred
- Developing and evolving the overall vision, charter, and roadmap for the Information Security organization including best practices, standards, principles and functions
- Leading the implementation of security strategies at NCR Voyix – Digital Banking.
- Guiding the Information Security team in incident management, alerting, and response with integrated reporting.
- Working with service and business owners in identifying new requirement, and in replacing and decommissioning ongoing services, as necessary
- Designing and deploying and running a Security Operations Center department
- Ownership of information security processes across the organization, governing and enforcing all processes to ensure integrity in the organization. Providing guidance and overseeing management of key information security processes
- Working closely with service leads, IT managers, and business owners to integrate information security management practices into the delivery of services with the objective of delivering reliable, repeatable services, at proper service levels.
- Identifying metrics and implementing reporting that will help the Information Security team measure threat posture, vulnerability posture, and overall information security risk posture and to develop mitigating tactics and programs to improve the metrics
- Providing vision and oversight for information security practices, including developing roadmaps, defining requirements, mapping business process workflows, leading systems integration and ongoing management, as well as modifications and enhancements
- Perform related projects and duties as assigned
- Office environment.

- Must be able to manipulate (manual dexterity) a telephone headset, calculator, and computer keyboard, paperwork, etc.
