What You'll Be Doing
- Build a world-class marketing team responsible for demand generation, brand marketing, and product marketing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to hit company goals, largely leveraging account based marketing and top of funnel demand generation.
- Identify and target high-potential market segments through detailed analysis of the total addressable market.
- Identify, engage, and convert the key accounts that could be transformative to our growth
- Measure and report on the performance of different strategies you've implemented, then use this data to iterate toward higher and higher ROI activities

Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $175,000-230,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience / qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position will also include equity, and employee benefits. Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
